Processing Workflow

Our photo processing follows a secure, temporary workflow:

  • Photos are uploaded to secure, encrypted temporary storage
  • AI processing occurs in isolated, secure environments
  • Processed images are immediately available for download
  • All original and processed images are automatically deleted within 24 hours
  • No images are stored permanently on our servers

Service Improvement

We may use anonymized, aggregated usage data (without any personal identifiers or image content) to improve our AI algorithms, enhance service performance, and develop new features. This data cannot be traced back to individual users or their photos.

  • Backup Copies: No backup copies of your photos are created or retained
  • Cache Data: Any cached image data is cleared within 1 hour

Account Data Retention

If you create an account, we retain minimal account information:

  • Account Information: Retained until you delete your account
  • Usage Statistics: Anonymized usage data may be retained for up to 2 years for service improvement
  • Support Communications: Customer support communications may be retained for up to 3 years

Data Deletion Process

Our automated deletion process ensures:

  • Complete removal from all servers and backup systems
